The MX140-SP is a high-performance LED auxiliary light for improved road safety. Safety on the roads is of high importance, risks on the road come from poor lighting, poor road conditions and in more rural areas from wild animals.
This light bar is approved for use on the roads, with three high-performance LED's greatly improving visibility even in difficult conditions. With a wide 10 degree angle, the light beam can reach up to 200 meters.
You can use this auxiliary light in two ways, one as an auxiliary high beam and second as a frontal position light. Both these options are fully ECE-compliant. With a sophisticated reflector design, this light provides high optical efficiency with uniform light distribution. The design also keeps the light from blinding oncoming traffic.
Tough and durable, the light is equipped with a hard-wearing polycarbonate lens that meets the highest standards. It comes with an integrated driver and thermal management system which not only protects the LEDs from uncontrolled overheating but adds to the lifespan of the products. Over and under-voltage protection will automatically creak the circuit when power exceeds the already predetermined current for a set amount of time.
This LED light is not limited to use on automotive uses, it is also suitable for a full range of vehicles including 4x4s, pickups, utility and industrial vehicles, as well as recreational and agricultural vehicles.
