Product Overview
This extra heavy duty kit replaces the original suspension components with premium steel springs and Pedders Foam Cell shocks to support an approximate 40mm lift. It is engineered to maintain ride control and stability with a constant minimum 600kg load, making it suitable for heavy load carrying and towing applications.
The increased ride height improves ground clearance and helps accommodate larger tyres. Vehicles that sit low at the rear when towing or carrying heavy loads will benefit from improved stance and balance. Additional front-mounted equipment such as bull bars or winches may affect final ride height and could require alternative springs.
Foam Cell Shock Technology
Foam Cell shock absorbers use a special foam saturated with oil instead of relying on pressurised gas. This design prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. With greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation, they resist fade, control temperature, and deliver reliable performance even under demanding use. Their durability makes them well suited for heavy-duty, towing and off-road applications.
Installation & Compatibility
Ezifit Struts are supplied pre-assembled with shock, coil spring, new top mount, bump stop and protective boot. Simply bolt them in without the need for spring compressors or re-using worn parts. The rear springs and hardware are direct replacements for factory components. A professional wheel alignment is recommended after installation for optimum tyre wear and steering response.
This kit is specifically designed for constant heavy load and towing applications. For lighter duty use, a Heavy Duty kit may be more suitable.
