Product Overview
This Heavy Duty Kit is intended to raise the vehicle by approximately 50mm and improve its ability to carry heavy loads and tow safely. It replaces the original suspension components with matched heavy duty springs and Foam Cell shocks designed to support a constant minimum 600kg load, including accessories such as canopies and tow bars.
The improved rear stance helps minimise sag when loaded or towing, while increased ground clearance enhances off-road capability and allows fitment of larger tyres where required. Additional front equipment such as bull bars or winches may affect final ride height and could require alternative spring rates.
Foam Cell Shock Technology
Foam Cell shock absorbers use a special foam saturated with oil instead of relying on pressurised gas. This design prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. With greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation, they resist fade, control temperature, and deliver reliable performance even under demanding use. Their durability makes them well suited for heavy-duty, towing and off-road applications.
Installation & Compatibility
Ezifit Struts are supplied pre-assembled with shock, coil spring, new top mount, bump stop and protective boot. Simply bolt them in without the need for spring compressors or re-using worn parts. The rear springs and hardware are direct replacements for factory components. A professional wheel alignment is recommended after installation for optimum tyre wear and steering response.
This kit is focused on heavy duty load carrying and towing applications rather than light-duty or comfort-only use.
