Product Overview
This kit is a first-level heavy duty option designed to raise the vehicle by approximately 40mm and improve load carrying and towing performance compared to standard rear springs. It supports improved ground clearance and helps reduce rear sag when towing or carrying loads.
It requires a constant minimum 300kg load to retain good ride comfort, including accessories such as canopies and tow bars. If additional front equipment such as bull bars or winches is fitted, final ride height may vary and alternative springs may be required. For more heavily laden applications, an Extra Heavy Duty kit option is available.
Foam Cell Shock Technology
Foam Cell shock absorbers use a special foam saturated with oil instead of relying on pressurised gas. This design prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. With greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation, they resist fade, control temperature, and deliver reliable performance even under demanding use. Their durability makes them well suited for heavy-duty, towing and off-road applications.
Installation & Compatibility
Ezifit Struts are supplied pre-assembled with shock, coil spring, new top mount, bump stop and protective boot. Simply bolt them in without the need for spring compressors or re-using worn parts. The rear springs and hardware are direct replacements for factory components. A professional wheel alignment is recommended after installation for optimum tyre wear and steering response.
This kit is designed for load carrying and towing applications rather than comfort-focused use.
