Delivery / Returns Policy

(1) Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 7-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This returns policy applies irrespective of your geographical location This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

(2) Delivery / Returns

Most purchases over £120 inc vat are delivered carriage free to Ireland and UK mainland addresses (excluding all hardtops, pickup load liners, glass products and other large items). Our free of charge economy delivery service is a 3-5 day DPD service and we only use the best delivery companies.  Please note that all our courier deliveries require a signature on delivery (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
  1. we have been notified of your intention to return a product within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
  2. we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of receipt.
  3. the returned product is unused, in its original condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
  4. you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
  5. none of the exclusions set out below apply.

(3) Returns procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must: Contact us on 028 79 401 222 to obtain a returns number. Products returned under this policy must be sent to: Unit 5-7 Swatragh Business park Garvagh Road Swatragh BT46 5QE You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

(4) Exclusions The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

  1. any product which has been installed on a vehicle unless it is faulty;
  2. Any product that has been painted without dry test fitting first.
  3. any product made to your specification or personalised to you in any way;
  4. any product made to order; (d) gift vouchers.

(5) Refunds

We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us. We will usually refund any money received from you [using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.
Please note that we charge a restocking fee of 10% ( minimum charge is £10.00) of the net invoice amount for returns.

(6) Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
  1. we will not refund or exchange the product;
  2. we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
  3. if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

(7) Preorder

Occasionally, we may offer products for preorder. Preordering allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available for general sale. Please note the following terms and conditions regarding preorders:

(a) Preorder Process: To place a preorder, visit our website or contact us directly. You will need to provide your contact information and payment details to secure your preorder.

(b) Payment: Payment for preordered items will be processed at the time of preorder placement. This secures your reservation and ensures priority when the item becomes available.

(c) Estimated Shipping Date: The estimated shipping date provided for preordered items is just that—an estimate. While we make every effort to ship preordered items on time, there may be unforeseen circumstances or delays beyond our control that could impact the shipping date.

(d) Notification of Delays: In the event of a delay in shipping your preordered item, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will provide updates on the revised shipping timeline and any relevant information regarding the delay.

(e) Changes or Cancellation: You may request changes or cancellation of your preorder before the item ships. Please contact us promptly if you wish to make any changes or cancel your preorder.

(f) Refunds for Preorders: If you decide to cancel your preorder before the item ships, we will provide a full refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take some time to reflect in your account.

(g) Shipping Policy: Our standard shipping policy, including any applicable delivery charges and returns procedures, applies to preordered items once they are shipped.
