Exchanges and Refunds:

    Faulty or Damaged Items: You can exchange like-for-like items to replace any damaged or faulty products. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

Return Conditions:

    Items must be unused, clean, and returned in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
